21:56 on 8 July 2003 | According to Carlo D'Este during his interview on C-SPAN 2 a couple of days ago, he's currently working on a book about "Churchill as military leader," but it's not likely to be published before 2006 or 2007.

11:47 on 29 August 2003 | In my opinion his book about Sicily, BITTER VICTORY, is still his best book and also the best book on the subject.
However, Col. D'Este has not published a book about Salerno. Perhaps you're thinking of FATAL DECISION, which is about Anzio.
