News from London "Catalogue of Books 1998-B" arrives from the Militry History Bookshop in London with forty pages of military titles and a note: "We have started to develop a website.... We will, however, continue to issue printed catalogues and distribute them in advance of uploading the catalogue on the website, so as not to disadvantage those of our regular customers who may not have access to the Internet."
