We are nearing completion.... Our target is to be up and running by the end of January. [At that time] there will not be any password needed." Greenwood Publising Group Greenwood's new catalog contains only about three Second World War titles. They seem to be (understandably) steering customers to their website which displays their full range of military books. Note also that from the website you can subscribe to automated email bulletins about newly published titles in your areas of interest.
Scholar's cornucopia "A Special Winter Offering" catalog from Scholar's Bookshelf carries a good assortment of new World War II books, many at significant savings. These are for the most part the same (although certainly not all of the) titles in their "Military History" catalog, but with price reductions. Discounts vary; some are as much as 50% off and a few are 75% off.

World War II Books update Graham Palmer no longer mails printed catalogs, as he maintains his complete stock of WWII books on the Web and updates those lists every month. For December this is, as always, a spectacular collection of titles with absolutely superb stock in HMSO; regimental histories; Australian, NZ, and South African official histories; and more.
