In memoriam Bruce Cunninghama USAAF fighter pilot in North Africa and the Pacificdied on 21 August in California. George Gattera graduate of the US Naval Academy who served in the Pacific died on 24 August in California at the age of 83. Capt. Robert Alfred Bushskipper of USS Duffy (DE-27) in the Pacificdied on 26 August in California. Glenn Forda veteran of the US Marines and the Battle of Midway, but better known as a movie actordied on 30 August in California at the age of 90.
