Beginning approximately 1300 Pacific Time on 28 April 2001 much of Stone & Stone Second World War Books and other sites hosted here became intermittently inaccessible to visitors and almost completely inaccessible to us. In addition, we were not able to receive or send email for much of that time. All this was caused by problems with PacBell circuitry.
Fortunately, it looks like the telco has finally resolved the problems, and everything seems to be back up and running. We'll be catching up with backlogged email as well as filling in recent news and announcements for this page over the next few days. Thanks for yor patience.
